She showed off her tattooed arms.

The MTV star strutted her stuff on a tropical beach in sandals while baring her stomach in another photo.

Kailyn wore a white sports bra with a reddish zipper hoodie and black leggings to continue baring her stomach.

The Phulay Bay is a Ritz-Carlton Reserve resort in Thailand, and the host of Baby Mamas No Drama has previously posted photos and videos from her stay there.

The podcast host, 31, left her children with their respective fathers and attended her birthday party accompanied only by their nanny, Natalie.
