As a big-boobed gym rat, I’m always thinking of creative solutions to the problem of my breasts getting in the way.

A GYM bunny has shared her secret for keeping her large breasts from jiggling around during exercise.
TikTok user Jade Natalie Faye (@jade0121d1) from the UK explains that having big boobs is fun and games until it’s time to hit the gym and do some cardio.

The fitness nut hasn’t come clean about her bust size, but she does estimate that it’s about what a toddler would weigh.
For the most part, it doesn’t get in the way of Jade’s gym sessions, but things get trickier when she wants to add jumping exercises.
The beauty was looking for a way to alleviate the pain and distress she was experiencing, and fortunately, she had a brilliant idea.
She was so pleased with the result that she told all of her 19.5k TikTok followers about the secret.
“When you have the weight of a small child on your chest, you have to be creative to find ways to strap them down,” Jade said with a wry smile in the video.
The toned gym rat began by grabbing a glute resistance band and draping it across her sports bra as a demonstration.
She went over and, using another rubber band, tied her upper chest area together, providing the girls with even more stability.
Jade passed the bounce test and continued her workout, doing many sets of box squats and push-ups without any noticeable loss of breast tissue.
”box jumps no problem,” she added.
The video was only uploaded two days ago, but it has already gone viral, garnering over 770k views on the popular social media platform.

One comment on a TikTok video drew the attention of hundreds of viewers, who agreed that “modern problems require modern solutions.”
“Actually so tempted to try this,” a second fitness buff exclaimed.
A third responded to the trolls, saying, “People in the comments saying that it looks painful, it is more painful to have your skin aggressive streched by the weight of a watermelon [sic].
A different author said, “I wish I had this problem.”
