As Todd Boehly faces crucial talks, Jules Kounde’s representatives are “frustrated” with Chelsea.

According to reports, Jules Kounde’s representatives are upset that Chelsea hasn’t gotten in touch with them and have given new Blues manager Todd Boehly an ultimatum regarding transfer negotiations.

At the end of May, an American businessman completed a £4.25 billion takeover, and he has already started making adjustments at Stamford Bridge behind the scenes. Bruce Buck, the chairman, will retire at the end of June after 19 years of service, and Marina Granovskaia, the transfer chief, is also expected to leave the west London organization.

Granovskaia will be replaced, at least temporarily, by Boehly, who will also personally supervise Romelu Lukaku’s loan transfer to Inter Milan.

Boehly is aware that the team is in desperate need of defensive additions; Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger have both departed for Real Madrid and Barcelona, respectively, and Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso may also join the Dane at Camp Nou in the upcoming campaign.

Now, if the Blues are serious about signing Jules Kounde, they have been told to solidify their interest, according to 90min. Thomas Tuchel has had his eye on the Frenchman for some time, and the west Londoners thought they were close to a deal last summer. However, disagreements over the transfer fee caused the deal to fall through at the last minute.
