Customers at WALMART are flocking to buy a “similar” pair of Birkenstock sandals for only $19.98.

Consumers looking to save money are going crazy over this footwear alternative.

Maxie Elise, better known as @maxieelise on TikTok, is a shopping vlogger who recently visited the Walmart near her home in Southern California.

She entered the store and immediately spotted a pair of Time and Tru Women’s Footbed Slide Sandals.

The shoes’ resemblance to Birkenstock sandals has made them a hit with Walmart customers.

A regular pair of Birkenstock sandals costs $145.00, but a pair of Time and Tru sandals costs only $19.98.

I can’t believe how similar these are. “They’re so adorably little,” she exclaimed.

The shoes at Walmart come in six different hues: black, camouflage, cognac, gray, rafia, and sand.

Customers have raved about the affordable purchase all over the internet.

“These sandals are the cutest and most comfortable I’ve ever owned,” raved one reviewer. “The insole is contoured to the shape of your foot, making these extremely more comfortable than flat shoes.”

A third user gushed, “Very comfortable, would buy them again, and considering purchasing another color.”

Walmart’s knockoffs of high-end labels have been impressing customers recently.

In the realm of activewear, for instance, the Avia brand has been very well received as a much more reasonably priced substitute for Lululemon.

Sports bras are available in a variety of styles and colors for just $16.98 each, a steal compared to Lululemon’s regular prices of $48 to $68.

Featuring moisture-wicking, four-way stretch fabric and detachable cups, Avia bras are a popular choice.

“Literally that brand is so soft and comfy even more comfortable than Lulu,” wrote one TikTok user recently.

A beauty blogger’s $8 Walmart hair spray dupe was also featured. The original spray cost $28.

Previously, Abby (@abbythebadassmom) on TikTok favored the Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray, a hairstyling spray designed for chemically-treated, unruly hair.

She was able to find Hair Proud, Glass Hair, Heat Activated Smoothing Shine Spray for much less money at Walmart.

Abby showed that there is at least one practical benefit to using the knockoff.

“If you’ve ever used Color Wow Dream Coat, you know how difficult it is to spray the product out of here,” she said.

I’ve never found a better mist to spray into your hair than this one.
