Al Roker didn’t get a visit from the Butter Man, but he did get a special call from someone else during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday. President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, who were watching the festivities from Nantucket, called Roker during the broadcast to share a holiday message with America as the famed meteorologist took to the streets of New York City on Thanksgiving morning to host NBC’s broadcast of the annual holiday event. When Roker received the unexpected call, he held his phone up to the screen to show viewers at home who was calling, exclaiming, “Oh my gosh, look who’s calling..” “What’s your message to the American people on this Thanksgiving Day?” he asked after answering the call, encouraging the president and first lady to share a message with the country. “My message is that after two years, you’re back, America’s back,” Biden continued. ”
