In 2012, Frito-Lay ran a campaign in the United States called Do Us a Flavor to solicit suggestions for new flavors of potato chips from the general public.

Cheesy garlic bread took the prize in 2013.

“It’s been incredible to see the level of enthusiasm and participation in voting for each of our finalist flavors that our fans have shown.

“We congratulate Karen (Weber-Mendham) on being named our winner,” said Ram Krishnan, vice president of marketing at Frito-Lay.

WHERE TO BUY THE CHIPS

This cheesy garlic bread is available at Sam’s Club for $4.48.

It normally costs $6.15 per bag at Walmart, but they are currently out.

OTHER RETURNING ITEMS

Taco Bell has announced that some old favorites will be back on the menu this summer.

Nearly a decade have passed since fans first pleaded for the return of the tantalizing Volcano Menu.

In 1995, we introduced the Volcano Menu, which featured a burrito, a taco, and some nachos doused in our delicious and spicy Lava Sauce.

Fans were heartbroken when the dish was taken off the menu in 2013.

Since then, Taco Bell fans have been pleading for the return of their favorite flavors.

Taco Bell announced on Thursday that their menu would be making a triumphant return this summer.

The fast food chain announced the return of the Volcano Burrito and Volcano Taco as well as the addition of Lava Sauce to any menu item.
