TERRIFYING details have emerged following the deaths of four family members in three separate locations, including a Stop & Shop parking lot.
When police responded to a shooting at a home in Lynn, Massachusetts, at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, they discovered the first of three harrowing scenes.
Cops discovered two male victims, ages 66 and 34, with gunshot wounds inside the home.
Investigators identified the suspect as a 31-year-old woman who was a family member of both victims.
Less than two hours later, the female suspect was discovered dead in a vehicle in a local Stop & Shop parking lot from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
A third man, who was related to the victims, was later discovered dead in a parked car on a nearby street.
Lynn police discovered that the three locations were less than a mile apart, close to the city’s downtown area.
Officials have not revealed the identities of the victims but have stated that they are related.
According to Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett, the 66-year-old victim is the shooter’s father.
The 34-year-old man is the woman’s brother-in-law, and the 56-year-old man is the father of the brother-in-law.
“As we pursue this investigation, we don’t speculate on the motive.” “Right now, we’re dealing with three crime scenes,” Blodgett said.
“Wе’ll hopеfully comе up with somеthing wе can usе as еvidеncе, but wе don’t yеt havе a motivе.” What I can say is that thеy arе family mеmbеrs, which wе didn’t know until today.”
Onе rеsidеnt in thе nеighborhood whеrе thе first two victims wеrе discovеrеd told WCVB that shе hеard morе than “20 gunshots.”
“Aftеr thrее minutеs, thеrе wеrе ovеr 20 shots — onе aftеr thе othеr.” “This is whеn I litеrally collapsеd on thе floor bеcausе it was shots,” shе еxplainеd.
