Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon of the Real Housewives of Potomac say they “absolutely not” plan to change their podcast’s name despite a demand from Eminem’s lawsuit.

Despite their beef with Eminem and The U.S. Marshal Service, REAL Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon will “absolutely not” change the name of their podcast, Reasonably Shady. Only Sun has been able to learn this.
The famous rapper opposed their podcast’s trademark application from the Real Housewives of Potomac stars last month.

Although his given name is Marshall Mathers, Eminem has insisted that fans of his upcoming Reasonably Shady merchandise line can “cause confusion” by calling him “Slim Shady” or “Shady,” as he has been commonly known for the past quarter century.
He also claims that “confusion in trade resulting in damage and injury” will occur if they are granted the trademark, which would be detrimental to his business.
First, Gizelle thought Eminem’s application “was a joke.”
Oh, [we were] completely taken aback by that. We were sure it was a prank! The cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Ultimate Girls Trip told The U.S. Sun.

In the interview, Gizelle mentioned that a response to Em’s opposition had been filed.
The document was obtained by the U.S. On Sun, the Bravolebs dismissed Marshall’s detractors and refuted his assertions.
As they put it, “Applicants lack knowledge or information to form a believe about the truth of these allegations.”
NO IMMEDIATE RESOLVE
Gizelle, 52, and Robyn, 43, are not backing down.
Gizelle answered in the affirmative when The United States of America asked if they planned to rebrand their podcast. In the words of the Sun: “Oh, no way. We’re legal and registered, so “not at all.”
She also updated them on the trademark’s development.
She explained that the trademark and patent office is similar to a government agency and, as such, follows a strict schedule to review applications.
And so, unless he drops it, we’re going to be here until 2024.
So, we’re hoping against hope that Mr. No, Eminem, Reasonably Shady has nothing to do with Slim Shady.
The court document states that the trial and discovery dates can go on until August 28, 2024.
The “beef” between them is likely to continue for some time.
Gizelle continued, “I am quite sure he does not want to talk to us, or me in particular.
For example: “We have a million attorneys — well, he’s got plenty — we have a trademark attorney that handles just this, so [the attorneys] are talking [to each other].”

REASONABLY SHADY
Gizelle and Robyn’s trademark application was submitted in February 2022, but the dispute only recently came to light.
Makeup, candles, mugs, water bottles, clothing, and paddle boards are all listed as potential products in the Reasonably Shady line, as stated in the filing.
Additionally, Reasonably Shady offers a podcast for listeners to enjoy. The ladies dish on everything from dating and relationships to motherhood and the latest fashions and news.
WHAT’S NEXT
Gizelle is currently occupied with preparing for her appearance on the third season of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which premieres on Peacock on March 23.
She faces drama on television, just like she does in real life. On RHUGT, she and her co-star from RHOP, Candiace Dillard Bassett, continue their feud.
“Candiace brought the drama,” Gizelle said. The situation in Potomac was resolved, for example. Each and every detail had been discussed and agreed upon.
We were in a fantastic and favorable location. No, we weren’t the best, but we did okay.
As a result, “there was no reason to bring all of that all the way to Thailand, but, yeah, that’s what she decided to do.”
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Heather Gay and Whitney Rose, New York’s Leah McSweeney, and Atlanta’s Porsha Williams all join Gizelle and Candiace.

”It was fun drama, it was good drama,” she joked.
“Heather and I got off to a rough start but we made it. But it was a rough ride, so yeah.
