Hundreds of people descend on Long Branch, New Jersey, for a TikTok beach party, and fights break out in the scorching heat.

In Long Branch, New Jersey, a CURFEW is in effect tonight after an alleged TikTok party drew hundreds of people to the area in the sweltering heat.

According to the Long Branch Police Department, the curfew will be in effect until 5 a.m. on May 22.

“Public safety concerns,” police said in a statement announcing the curfew.

“All persons are prohibited from using, standing, sitting, traveling, or being present on any public street or in any public place during the hours of the curfew,” the statement continues.

Following the “large-scale event,” the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office issued its own statement on Twitter, stating that “non-residents must leave the area.”

Long Branch Beach and Pier Village were said to be hosting large parties.

A social media advertisement for a “Beach Linkup” may have prompted the gathering.

People are encouraged to bring their own alcohol and marijuana, according to the advertisement. The party began at 12 p.m., but there was no set end time.

The bottom of the аd reаds, “Tell а friend to tell а friend!”

This isn’t the first time the Long Brаnch аreа hаs hosted а pаrty like this.
