I am a “small fat” woman who weighs 200 lbs. and stand 5’8″. I believe in the importance of loving oneself.
When it comes to their weight, the majority of people probably aren’t as honest, but one content creator is encouraging self-love by doing just that.
On TikTok, Nicole (@nikoleloves), who promotes body positivity and posts videos about her life, has more than 12,000 followers.
Nicole can be seen in one of her videos sporting a straightforward black sports bra and lime green exercise leggings.
The nine-second clip features her posing for the camera while twirling to display her curves.
Nicole reveals her height and weight by using the text overlay on the screen. She is 200 pounds and 5’8″.
She described herself as “small fat” and wrote in the caption, “All bodies look different!”
As part of a current trend, the video also included a voice-over.
The voice turned around and said, “Can any girl show me what a 110 to 190 pound body looks like?” Nicole turned around and gave the peace sign.
Nicole received praise in the comments, and some people thanked her for sharing her story.
“Beautiful,” wrote one person.
Another person commented, “My new #1 TikToker…Gorgeous.”
Nicole is no stranger to promoting body positivity, as evidenced by a recent video of her dancing in what appears to be a club while wearing a form-fitting dress.
