Chantel shared her top three tips for cleaning your bedroom, which she referred to as a "breeding ground for dust mites"

Chantel Mila, an Instagram user, shared her simple trick for getting rid of dust mites in her bedroom.

A cup of water, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 2 teaspoons of fractionated coconut oil, and 4 drops of lemon essential oil make up Chantel’s homemade dusting solution.

Your bedrooms’ surfaces should all be sprayed with the mixture, then the dust should be collected by wiping with a damp cloth.

The coconut oil coats your furniture with a thin layer that prevents dust from settling longer, according to Chantel, who revealed the secret to her magical concoction.

One new fan commented: “I’m so glad I came across you on Instagram. Chantel’s followers were eager to try her latest hack. You do excellent hacks. I’ll give the dusting spray a shot.

Another user commented, “Great tips for asthma sufferers.”

How do you know all of this? asked a third follower in jest. In the mornings, I hardly ever make my bed.

If breathing clean air wasn’t enough of a reason to try this advice, one of Chantel’s fans noted that the DIY spray also likely has a pleasant fragrance.
