Earlier in his career, Eriksson managed both Roma and Lazio.

Although he had a successful run with Lazio, he won the Coppa Italia with Roma in 1986.

In his time as coach of the Biancocelesti, he brought home the Serie A championship, two Coppa Italia trophies, the Uefa Cup winners’ Cup, and the Uefa Super Cup.

After his success with Lazio, the FA asked him to lead England’s national team.

The February resignation from his position as sporting director at Karlstad Fotboll was prompted by grave concerns for his health.

He explained his decision to reduce his public duties while investigating health issues on the official website of the city of Karlstad.

In the future, I plan to prioritize my health, my family, and my limited assignments with Karlstad Fotboll, among other things.

Please respect my privacy and my decision, and I appreciate everyone’s support from my friends and football contacts.

Anders Runebjer, Eriksson’s attorney, said in an interview with the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet that no one involved in the case would comment on the client’s health.

Runebjer remarked, “He has a disease, and that means he has limited powers to be the ‘Svennis’ we are all used to seeing.

That’s just how things are. But he also wants to do as much as he can with football; if he can’t, he becomes bored.
