Kenneth Lee Simpson was taken into custody after he allegedly “shot a cop to death” and then barricaded himself inside his home in Hermann, Missouri.


A police officer was killed, and another was injured, during a 13-hour standoff with the suspect.

At around 2 p.m. local time on Monday in Hermann, Missouri, a police tactical team fired tear gas into a home where suspect Kenneth Lee Simpson, 35, was barricaded.
