Paul Pelosi, the husband of Nancy Pelosi, was recently arrested for DUI in California and could be sentenced to jail if found guilty of the charges.

On May 28 at around 10.17 p.m., Paul Pelosi was hit by a Jeep while operating his 2021 Porsche in the vicinity of Napa.


Pelosi’s car was hit while he was reportedly attempting to cross a highway while driving.

According to the district attorney’s office, Pelosi tested positive for alcohol at the crash site at 12.32 a.m. with a blood alcohol content of 0.082 percent.

The legal limit in California is 0.08 percent.

The Napa County District Attorney’s Office has accused him of two criminal misdemeanors.

Pelosi could be sentenced to up to five years of probation, at least five days in jail, and other punishments if found guilty.

On August 3, Pelosi is expected in court.
