Today is ANDREW Tate’s first bail hearing as he fights for freedom from behind bars.
The tainted opinion leader and his brother Tristan have been in custody for over two months.
Andrew Tate’s legal team has been battling the arrest warrant and detention extensions, so he has been making frequent trips to and from court.
Police in Romania have the option of keeping Tate in custody for up to 180 days, with each 30-day extension requiring a separate application.
His legal team is now asking for bail that would have Tate released under house arrest rather than contesting the arrest warrant.
