This year, Ted Lasso has received several Emmy Award nominations, but one episode in particular could be the show’s standout performance, allowing Sudeikis to win the award.

At the 2021 Emmy Awards, the Apple TV+ series received nominations in several categories. Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series is up for grabs for Sudeikis, while Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series is up for grabs for Hannah Waddingham and Juno Temple.
