The UK is set to be hotter than HAWAII as the exact date of a scorching 30°C heatwave is revealed.

Hotter than HAWAII this week!

By the end of the week, forecasts predict that Britain will be hotter than Hawaii on the “first truly hot day” of the year.

Weather will be mixed to begin the week, with some pleasant warm weather in the south.

Brits can expect temperatures in the low to mid 30s by Wednesday and the weekend.

“There haven’t been many exceptionally warm or hot days yet this year,” said Steve Keates of the Met Office, “but that is set to change.”

“At the end of this week, we’ll most likely see a brief period of hot weather.”

It will be hotter than Hawaii by the end of the week, which is only expected to reach 24 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures in the south are expected to reach the high 20s, with London reaching 29 degrees on Friday and remaining in the high 20s for Father’s Day, with experts predicting temperatures in the 30s.

“It could be a little hotter than that…mid-thirties are possible,” Mr Keate said.

Mr Keate continued, “We should comfortably beat that on Friday and possibly exceed it, or get very close to it, on Wednesday and Thursday as well.”
