Rebuilding Liverpool, JURGEN KLOPP is said to have already decided to let THREE midfielders leave this summer.

This week, the Reds were eliminated from the Champions League after losing to Real Madrid 6-2 on aggregate.

They were eliminated from the League Cup and the FA Cup, both of which they had previously won.

Their poor season has put them six points behind Tottenham for the final playoff spot in the Premier League.

When the transfer window re-opens, Klopp will focus on addressing the team’s aging central midfield.

Jude Bellingham, a promising young English player for Dortmund, has drawn interest from Liverpool.

Also, they have been given a helping hand in their pursuit of Mason Mount from Chelsea.

Any new additions to Klopp’s squad, however, will necessitate the departure of some current players, and a recent report suggests that a decision has already been made in this regard.

The Athletic reports that he will let Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (a former England midfielder) and Naby Keita (a former Guinean midfielder) leave as free agents at the end of their contracts.

After the current season is over, he has no plans to make 26-year-old Brazilian forward Arthur Melo a permanent addition to the team.

Meanwhile, Liverpool has been dealt a major blow after it was announced that star player Stefan Bajcetic would miss the rest of the season due to injury.

In an Instagram post, the teen midfielder confirmed the report and promised to return “stronger than ever” for the upcoming season.

The 18-year-old Bajcetic played in Saturday’s 1-0 loss to Bournemouth for Liverpool before going down with an abductor injury.
