Possible tax rebate in Virginia
According to local outlet WAVY-10, Virginians may receive tax refunds later this year.
The General Assembly is planning to suggest offering eligible Virginians a rebate.
Delegate Roxann Robinson noted that the state has received a significant amount of funding over the past year, though the precise amount has not yet been disclosed.
Governor Glenn Youngkin declared, “We want to have the largest tax rebate in Virginia history.
“All of these tax cuts are intended to assist Virginians who most need them, to lower our cost of living, and to make Virginia competitive with the states around us that are reducing their tax burdens while we sit here and have lunch,” the governor said.
