Wayne Rooney’s Christmas could be ruined by his next-door neighbor’s plans for a 200-sheep shed.

Due to a local farm’s plan to build a shed that can house up to 200 sheep, Derby manager Wayne Rooney’s Christmas could be ruined.

Due to some new noisy neighbors, the Manchester United legend may have some sleepless nights. According to The Sun, a local farm has applied for permission to build a sheep shed near the footballer’s £20 million mansion in Cheshire, ‘to store sheep during the winter months.’ The news comes after a farm was given permission to build an outhouse next to the Derby manager’s £20 million property to house 1,000 genetically modified sheep.

Rooney is already having sleepless nights due to Derby. After entering administration in September, the Rams were hit with a 12-point deduction, dropping them into the relegation zone. Derby is six points behind second-bottom Peterborough, but the Rams would be 14th if not for the deduction.

However, the Rams are appealing the points deduction after learning that the administrators revealed Derby has a 95% chance of surviving. Do you think Derby’s punishment wаs excessive?
