When Sky Sports unveiled a new scoreboard during the Crystal Palace vs. Arsenal match, the fans all had the same reaction.

The new scoreboard for Sky Sports’ 2022–2023 season did not sit well with viewers.

During the Premier League season-opening match between Crystal Palace and Arsenal at Selhurst Park, the TV network unveiled their new look.

The new graphic only displays the club badges, the score, and the time without any letters.

Additionally, it didn’t sit well with the fans, who flooded Twitter to express their displeasure.

“Okay now show us the real scoreboard @SkySports that is awful,” one supporter tweeted.

Another person commented: “Not at all into that new scoreboard. Bring the letters back.

A third wrote: “Disgusting scoreboard on sky.”

“Sky Sports new scoreboard, in the bin you go,” the fan yelled.

This person tweeted, “Fix the f*****g scoreboard,” as well.

After just 20 minutes, Arsenal scored, becoming the first team to do so this year.

Gabriel Martinelli gave the Gunners the lead against Palace, with summer signing Oleksandr Zinchenko providing the assist.

The game was secured by Marc Guehi’s own goal, and Mikel Arteta’s team prevailed 2-0.
