Is Meta Quest 3 coming out?
Less than a month passed between the announcement of The Meta Quest 2 and its release, and The Meta Quest 3 could follow a similar timeline.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, has stated publicly that development of Facebook’s next VR headset is underway.
Additionally, he confirmed the rumored 2023 launch date, saying that preparations were well under way.
The release of Meta Quest 3 is anticipated for September/October, just in time for the holiday shopping season.
How much will be the Meta Quest 3?
Meta Quest 2 prices increased over the course of the console’s lifespan, with the entry-level model now going for $399 (or £399).
The price of Meta’s upcoming headset is rumored to be around the same or slightly higher.
Word from within Meta suggests they’ll charge more than $400 (£400).

What to expect from Meta Quest 3?
According to the company’s internal leak, the Meta Quest 3 will be more powerful and more compact than its predecessor.
