Chris Brown blasts Kanye West for removing his verse from the ‘Donda’ track Chris Brown continues to party despite legal issues Chris Brown accused of’striking’ woman, under investigation TMZ reported Monday that a member of Brown’s security team filed a battery report against a trespasser who allegedly spit in his face. The incident occurred outside of the singer’s San Fernando Valley, Calif., according to law enforcement sources. Last week, a guard flashed a light in the man’s face to determine whether he was a guest or trespasser at his home. The suspect rode off into the night after allegedly hocking a loogie in the direction of the guard.
No arrests have been made in this case by the Los Angeles Police Department.
A representative for the “She Ain’t You” singer did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Page Six. While Brown, 32, was not directly involved in this incident, he has had a number of run-ins with the law in recent months (and years). The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed in June that the “Look at Me Now” singer was being investigated for allegedly striking a woman during a heated argument at his home.
In an Instagram Story post, Brown appeared to address the reports of the alleged altercation, writing, “YALL SO DAMN [cap emoji],” with “cap” being slang for a lie. The alleged incident was similar to the Grammy winner’s arrest in 2009 for physically assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna. In 2015, he completed probation, community service, and domestic violence counseling аfter pleаding guilty to felony аssаult.
Cops were cаlled to the “Loyаl” singer’s home in Mаy to put аn end to his wild 32nd birthdаy pаrty.
