After Fred was ranked higher than Mason Greenwood in FIFA 22, Man Utd fans slammed the game’s ‘criminal’ player ratings.

MANCHESTER UNITED fans are outraged after FIFA 22 released its player ratings for the upcoming game.

Supporters are particularly outraged that Mason Greenwood, despite a promising start to the season, has been rated 78 overall. Mason Greenwood has a FIFA 22 rating of 78

The 19-year-old has three goals in four Premier League games and has been trusted by Ole Gunnar Solskajer to start ahead of Jadon Sancho on occasion. Sancho, on the other hand, has been given a rating of 87, while Raphael Varane and Cristiano Ronaldo have been given ratings of 86 and 91, respectively.

This is the first time in several years that CR7 has dropped out of the top two players – Lionel Messi (93) and Robert Lewandowski (92) have surpassed the Portuguese.

While this is unlikely to please United supporters, they are most perplexed by Greenwood’s valuation.

To put it in perspective, Phil Foden has an 84, while Fred has an 81, which is higher than Greenwood.

Youtuber Mark Goldbridge revealed the ratings of nine United players, with Scott McTominay’s score of 80 putting him ahead of Greenwood.
