Star Trek actor William Shatner will cross the final frontier on Jeff Bezos’ rocket in less than two hours.

STAR TREK legend William Shatner will be launched into space today, becoming the world’s oldest astronaut in the process. “I’ve heard about space for a long time now,” the 90-year-old, who played Captain James T Kirk in the sci-fi series, said. “I’m taking this opportunity to see it for myself..”

It’s a miracle. “Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket mission arrives 12 weeks after the company’s first-ever crewed launch, which sent Jeff Bezos into space. On October 13, Shatner and three other crew members will take off from West Texas for a ten-minute flight.
