Season 8 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine isn’t available on Peacock, so why am I paying for it?


Captain Holt of Brooklyn Nine-Nine isn’t impressed by much, but this tidbit might just put it at the top of his long list of pet peeves: The new, final season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine won’t be streaming on Peacock.

I assumed Peacock Premium, as well as Hulu, would be an option for watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 8 online. However, the first two episodes, which aired on NBC on Thursday, were never seen on NBCUniversal’s Peacock. They did, however, appear on Hulu.

According to Tom’s Guide, new episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 8 will not be available on Peacock. As a result, like Twitter user Sarah, I’m wondering, “Why am I paying for Peacock Premium then?”
