Fiston Ngoy, a 35-year-old Pennsylvania man, raped a woman on a train while passengers sat silently by.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA: A woman was raped by a homeless man in full view of passengers on a commuter train in suburban Philadelphia this week. According to Upper Darby Police Department Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt, the attack occurred around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, and was captured on surveillance video. Other people were present in the train car when the woman was attacked, according to the videos. “Were they watching?”
I’m not sure… We’re still watching the video, but there were a lot of people who, in my opinion, should have intervened. Someone should’ve taken action. It reflects our current social situation. Who in their right mind would allow something like that to happen? So it’s concerning, but we’re working on it, and we’re trying to identify anyone who we saw coming on and off the El at that time,” Tim Bernhardt told Philadelphia’s CBS-3. Who is Aаron McDonаld?
